Kota Damansara (June 28): Asian Pac Holdings Bhd on Wednesday held a topping-up ceremony for its latest high-rise residential project called Mahogany Residences in Kota Damansara, Selangor.

The topping-up ceremony held at the project’s site also marked the 110th anniversary of Asian Pac.

Mahogany Residences comprises 275 condominium units and six two-storey cabanas on level 6 of the facilities floor. The condominium units have built-up spaces ranging from 905 to 1,178 sq ft while the built-up for the cabana is 1,625 sq ft. The selling price of the condominium units starts from RM650,000.

During the ceremony, the developer said that Mahogany Residences is slated for completion before mid-2025. The project is now 60% sold and the six cabanas have been booked.  

Since 1913, Asian Pac has developed some notable projects in the Klang Valley such as Levenue I and II in Desa Park City; Fortune Square, Fortune Avenue, Fortune Perdana and Fortune Central in Kepong; Sutera Bukit Tunku in Kenny Hills; KK Times Square, The Loft Residences and Imago Mall in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
