Overview

Hospital Alor Gajah is a 78-bed, air-conditioned hospital built under the Ninth Malaysia Plan, a project managed by The Malaysian Public Works Department. Built next to its existing nurses' quarters, the hospital is fully equipped with surgery room, labor room, accident and emergency unit, and was further upgraded with forensic unit, central sterile service unit (CSSU) and isolation ward. The hospital began operations in Feb 2013.

The main components of this hospital development are:
