Plot D is a 40-acre light industrial park located in Sepang, Selangor.

This project comprises the following phases:

• Phase 1: 42 units of 2- & 3-storey semi-D factories
• Phase 2: 38 units of 2- & 3-storey semi-D factories
• Phase 3: 2 units of 3-storey semi-D and 2 units of bungalow factories

Earthworks and land reclamation of a former mining pond was carried out with approximately 1,040,000 m³ of earth used to fill over the extremely soft alluvium of previous mining land which included a mining pond. The backfilled land used the surcharged process while the area over the pond used both surcharge and PVD methods to expedite the consolidation process. Sewerage reticulation was supported by piles due to the condition of the soil.
